Red:Photo is a photography group in Belfast for anyone and everyone who simply loves photography. We are an open community of people who love to hang out and take photos. We run regular events from simple social nights to photo projects and everything in between. If you love photoraphy and would love to come along to any of our meetups we would love to see you there.

Wed 3rd March 2010 // What is Red:Photo? - Info night // 19:30 - 21:30 // Venue: Clements, Botanic Avenue, Belfast

We’re going to have an informal info night at Clements on Botanic with some coffee and deserts. For those who are interested in learning more about Red:Photo, connecting with us or if you just share some crazy photo project ideas come along hang out for an hour or two.

Sat 20th March 2010 // Belfast Photowalk // 10:30 - 12:30 // Meeting Point: Albert Clock, Belfast

We did a Photowalk through Belfast a few weeks ago which was great. This is a great opportunity to walk through the city with the intention of taking photos, documenting your walk while chatting with and enjoying the company of other like minded photographers - and we’ll probably finish off with some coffee//lunch//drinks. Come and join us. We hope to eventually to give everyone an opportunity to showcase their work online and possibly in an exhibition later in the year. Watch this space.

Social meetup for some coffee and desert. Would be great if you could bring along your favourite photograph, photobook or favourite photographer’s work for some lighthearted discussion and comment. Perhaps in addition you could bring along your favourite photograph that you have personally taken.
