Red:Outdoors February 2010
Red:Outdoors is for those that want to get out and enjoy our beautiful corner of the planet. It might be a spot of sea fishing (we even provide the gear!) or a gentle ramble around one of Northern Irelands’ beauty spots. Perhaps it’s a more strenuous hike in the Mournes or maybe a night under canvas. It could even be bouldering, canoeing or clay pigeon shooting - the possibilities are endless. Whatever activity it happens to be we’re planning on getting out there and enjoying it.
We’re going for an afternoons fishing at the promenade at Whitehead at the tail end of winter. It’s mainly an afternoons craic, and no doubt a pub will be involved afterwards to warm up in. And remember you don’t need any gear (or even any idea) as we supply all the gear you’ll need.
What: Sea Fishing
Where: Whitehead Promenade
When: Saturday 20 Feb. High Tide is at 14.39 so we’ll meet at 12-12.30 to make sure we get a couple of hours either side of that
